~*Noahs 1st Dentist Appointment*~

Noah had his first dentist appointment today at 21 months old! He was excited to go to the dentist ( as he is to go anywhere). He had fun playing with their trucks and trains and loved the "fishies," but when it came time to go into the office he wasn't so sure about things. He sat on my lap in the dentist chair because he was a bit scared..The dental assistant was very nice and tried to make him feel comfortable. (Showed him how the chair went up and down and let him suck water that he squirted into a cup, out of a cup) but he refused to open his mouth for her when it came time. He would look away and say "NA" (which means no) when asked if he would open his mouth. Noah didn't want to open for the dentist either, so I layed him on my lap and he got a quick peek ( which Noah didn't like) but he said his teeth look great. Noah clung to me after that and buried his head into my chest... .. He did good! He picked out a little toy camera to take home :o) The photo is of us standing up because Noah was unhappy sitting down in the chair... He was ready to go!
