Well we finally started getting some really WARM weather here in Washington State and the kids have been loving it. Sky met some kids from across the way and has been playing with them outside all weekend. Noah is loving being outside all day as well. ( He always has loved being outside) Sky likes to ride her skateboard, heely, play four square, ride her skooter, play with Noah, and yesterday they did slip and slide and played in the water. Noahs favorite things about playing outside are digging in the dirt with his diggers and trucks, riding both his bicycles, playing "fetch" the ball with sister ( yes hes the one who fetches lol) and just run around :)
We might hit the zoo today as its supposed to be really nice ( in the 70's)! but thats only if I can talk Nate into it, he is a bit sore from yesterday. He went on another long bike ride with some poeple, but this time was different then the others because it was almost 90 degrees out. When he was about half way through he started getting symptoms of heat stroke and was dehydrated. He finished out what he could and then I picked him up about 10 miles from our house. He could barely function when I picked him up and was out of it all day ( sick to his stomach,bad headache, muscle spasms and pain) Sometimes I wish he would not push himself so hard.

Jeese...that boy needs to realize the human body can only do so much!!!! Heat stroke can be dangerous!

Hi Honey: Your blog is great. Love the pictures to. Sky's little story about her camp was cute. Tell Nate to be careful on his rides and drink lots of fluids to keep hydrated. Wish him the best on his ride to Portland.
