Just had to update..Nate rode in the STP (Seattle to Portland) today! It was a long day for him... He woke up at 2:30am and had to be at his friends house at 3:30am and they started the race at 5am. He rode for almost 15 hours straight (with breaks of course) and got into Portland around 7:30 this evening! Today was also a very hot day in the northwest (95 degrees) so that makes it all that more torturous.
Hes currently on the bus on the way back to Seattle (hopefully sleeping). Nice work honey, you did it! I wish we could have been there to greet you at the finish line...
and for me.(Andrea). I am RELIEVED!!! I've been worried sick all day~ More to come soon...
