Nate left this morning to go ride in the MS150! (150-200 mile bike ride to benefit multiple sclerosis, around the islands...) I'm a little worried about him as he has not had time to train at all lately due to work.. He's been going into work at 7am working until 7pm, coming home and working from 8pm until 1am.... He is just a little exhausted to say the least...( as are we from his schedule) Nate did 110 miles today! Here is the link to his site... He only needs to raise $40 to meet his goal!
